Trevor graduated from the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Law in 2011.  Prior to transitioning to a career in law, Trevor was pursuing an MSc in Molecular Biology and Genetics at the U of A, where he previously obtained a BSc with honors in Molecular Genetics in 2007.

Over the past four years Trevor has worked in private practice and has maintained a broad practice area, primarily focusing on the areas of civil litigation, matrimonial and family law, as well as real estate, wills and estates, corporate and commercial law.

Prior to entering private practice, Trevor spent one summer during law school working with the legal department of Alberta Health Services with the Clinical law group.  There he assisted in research and advising AHS staff on various health and medical law matters.

Trevor is particularly fond of courtroom advocacy, as during his time in law school he represented the U of A in two national moot-court competitions in Toronto, the first involving corporate securities regulation, and the second involving intellectual property infringement.  Since entering private practice Trevor has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta, as well as the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories.
